Harbour Lane Studio - Room Hire Terms

1. Price. The room hire costs EUR 240 per day, VAT included. A deposit of EUR 60 must be paid within 5 days of the booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation. You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before the event. After that, the deposit is non-refundable, except where the studio cancels the booking.

3. Access. The room is available from 9:00 to 18:00. Guests must leave the building by 18:30 unless an extension has been agreed in writing.

4. Equipment and catering. The projector and 30 chairs are included in the price. Catering is not included and may only be provided by suppliers approved by the studio.

5. Damage. The hirer shall report any damage before leaving the building. The studio may charge the hirer for the cost of repair.
